Rich Hilliard, Vice President Production/OwnerRich Hilliard is a veteran of more than 20 years in the foam molding industry. His job titles span a vertical and horizontal spectrum of tasks, ranging from Outside Sales, Production Manager, Shipping Supervisor and Purchasing. In addition to his involvement with MPI’s initial ISO 9001 Certification in 2003 and ongoing re-certifications, Rich also oversees new plant start up and design. Rich is an alumnus of UNCC.
Jon Hilliard, Vice President Sales/OwnerJon Hilliard has more than 15 years’ involvement in the foam molding industry. His primary area of involvement at MPI is handling all Sales and New Product Development, along with maintaining MPI’s ISO 9001 Certification. Jon is an alumnus of Catawba College.
Mack Bridges, Office ManagerMr. Bridges spent more than 20 years in wholesale distribution before coming to MPI, where for the past 10 years plus he has served as Office Manager/Accountant. He is an alumnus of the University of Florida.
Tony Allen, Quality DirectorMr. Allen has spent the last 10 years plus as MPI’s Director of Quality. He was instrumental in MPI achieving initial ISO 9001 Certification in 2003 and continues to play a pivotal role in the ongoing re-certification process as well. He is a veteran of service in the United States Air Force and an alumnus of Western Carolina University.
Stephen Phillips, Engineering DirectorMr. Phillips has spent more than 25 years with MPI. As Engineering Director, he is fluent in Autodesk, Inventor 7 and Solidworks, Versions 11 and 12. He is also trained and experienced in the running of the 3 axis CNC router and all associated programming. He is a member of the MPI Quality Audit Team and an alumnus of Gaston College.
Joyce Paysour, Plant ManagerMs. Paysour is an experienced member of the MPI family, with more than 30 years’ service to her credit. During her tenure at MPI, she has held such diverse positions as Shift Supervisor, Shipping Manager, and Customer Order Expediter. She is currently our Plant Manager and a member of the MPI Quality Audit Team.
